Elan Imperial Mall in Gurgaon, Delhi, will deliver a retail-led, world-class mixed-use development into the heart of this exciting and fast-growing area of India.

Working alongside our sibling company, KPM, who are also engineering the mall, Agentia has provided structural engineering input for this aspirational project. Its location on the Indian plain close to the foothills of the Himalayas means that seismic activity presents a significant challenge, requiring a refined and comprehensive engineering focus from the earliest stages of the project.

Exceptional design quality is required to align with the exceptional retail and leisure offering of the mall.

The building broadly stacks vertically in alignment with its various uses:

  • Levels B3 and B2 primarily deliver car parking.
  • Level B1 is dedicated to MEP.
  • LGF contains staff parking and small service spaces.
  • Levels G to 4 contain the hotel reception and shops at ground level, with conferencing facilities, a spa and meeting rooms distributed across the upper floors.
  • Levels 5, 13 and 25 are service floors.
  • Levels 6 to 12 contain hotel rooms.
  • Levels 14 to 24 contain serviced apartments.
  • A sky bar occupies the top floor, with an accessible terrace above.
