Mitesh first worked in London over 20 years ago with Fulcrum Consulting. Over 2 decades later he returns to London as co-founder of Agentia and bringing with him a wealth of experience in global construction projects working with leading global consultants such as Mott MacDonald before establishing his own practice.

Having taken the opportunity to broaden his capabilities attaining an MBA, 17 Years ago Mitesh and Kashif created KPM Engineering, a business that has grown in scale, capability and respect across that period. Mitesh is seasoned and results-driven bringing broad experience delivering large scale, complex projects across international markets, including the Middle East, UK, and India. With a strong foundation in building services engineering and a passion for thoughtful design, Mitesh has led multidisciplinary teams on high profile projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and operational excellence.

Mitesh’s expertise lies in project delivery, energy efficient design strategies, infrastructure systems, and construction administration. His ability to manage complexity and translate it into simple, effective solutions defines his design approach, guided by the principle that the true art of design lies in simplifying the complex. He is a strong advocate for sustainable design, consistently integrating environmentally responsible strategies into every stage of the project.

He brings deep knowledge in client and architect liaison, cross regional coordination, and BIM implementation. As a firm believer in innovation, he spearheads R&D initiatives, championing digital transformation and sustainable solutions across the organization.

Work

From early projects that include Heathrow Terminal 2, to the more recent Azizi Venice Dubai project, Mitesh can demonstrate high quality work across a wide range of typologies from transportation to residential, retail to resort.

Complex and of challenging scale, Azizi’s PRW plot in the Oasis of Dreams, Dubai South, is a luxury waterfront community centered around a Crystal Lagoon, evoking the charm of Venice. Featuring 10 residential buildings (up to 16 floors) with 4,990 units, the development integrates retail and F&B spaces at the ground level and includes a four-level basement for parking and MEP facilities. Spanning 60,000 sqm, with 255,000 sqm GFA (residential) and 14,000 sqm BUA (retail), this island-like destination offers an unparalleled water-inspired living experience and is advancing through detailed design.

This project sits alongside many others including the Coral Beach Resort, Shar-jah, Kifaf Phase 5, Dubai and Al Samaliyah Island, Abu Dhabi.
